Customers can exchange the order within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that return or exchange is applicable only for orders placed on QLOV website.

We reserve the right not to accept return of products which

(i) we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or

(ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).

We will not be able to arrange reverse pickup of products, unless confirmed by our Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at info@qlov.in/ admin@qlov.in and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team, we will arrange the reverse pickup Product(s) within 3 to 4 days of receiving the request. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered. If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.

In case of a return on an order, the amount will be credited back into the customer's store wallet.

EXCHANGE / RETURN / REFUND POLICY

We grant you a period of 7 days from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive.

In case you return the goods within the contractual term of the right of withdrawal, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed after the goods are returned.  A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund. If incase an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item. The refund amount will be credited back into the customer's store wallet only after deducting the above mentioned fee.

Exchange of a product is subject to stock availability. An order can be returned / exchanged to a maximum of one (1) consecutive time.
